Submission
Prospective contributors are invited to submit a paper of up to 8 pages with color images in the conference style. The review will be double-blind. Accepted papers must be presented at the workshop and will appear in the printed proceedings and Eurographics Digital Library.
Paper Preparation:
Please download the author package, which contains a Latex template, style files, and formatting guidelines. On submission of the camera-ready paper, you will also need to provide a signed Copyright Assignment Form:
All submissions must comply with the template style and formatting guidelines of the authors package. Additionally, please follow the guidelines below when preparing your paper:
- Papers must be written in English.
- All papers are to be printed in color.
- Papers should not exceed 8 pages, including references and figures.
- Each paper must start with an abstract of about 100-150 words.
- Papers must contain previously unpublished work and not be submitted concurrently to another conference.
- Papers are submitted using an electronic submissions system, as detailed in the Paper Submission section below.
- The submission must be prepared for a double-blind review: enter the paper ID generated by the electronic submission system into the authors field of the paper template and leave the affiliation blank. When your paper gets accepted, you will need to re-upload a camera-ready version with the author names and affiliation filled in.
- Additional materials, such as videos, can be uploaded with the submission system as well and will be included on the conference proceedings DVD.
- For submission and acceptance dates, see the Important Dates section below.
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors.
Paper Submission:
Papers and supplemental material are submitted using the Microsoft Research CMT system, which is accessible by the following link:
You will need to register with your full name and email address to create an account for submission. Note that the CMT system uses separate logins for each conference, so you will need to register even if you have used CMT with a different conference before. If the system states that your email address is already registered, but you do not know your password, follow the "Reset your password" link on the login page to retrieve a new password.
Once logged in, follow the "Create a new Paper Submission" link and provide some basic information about your paper. You do not need to upload the paper document in this step, and paper details can be changed later, if needed. When you have completed the form, your paper will get listed in your CMT account along with its Paper ID: enter this ID into the authors field of your paper for the review submission.
Papers must be submitted as a single PDF document (file size < 10MB), additional materials up to 10MB, such as videos, can be uploaded as well and will be included on the conference proceedings DVD.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have about the submission process, or if you encounter problems with the submission system.
Poster Submission:
There will be no separate call for posters, as your paper may be accepted either for oral or poster presentation. Note that all accepted papers will be included equally in the printed proceedings and Eurographics Digital Library. Details on poster preparation are available at the Presentation Guidelines page.
