Presentation Guidelines

The presentation of accepted papers will be either oral, or as a poster in a dedicated session. Details can be found in the notification email sent to authors of accepted papers on July 29th. Note that all accepted papers will appear equally in the printed proceedings and Eurographics Digital Library.

Oral presentations:

Oral presentations should be prepared as on-screen presentations with a duration of 20 minutes, including time for questions.

We strongly encourage all presenters to use the presentation PC provided on site (Microsoft Powerpoint 2010, Windows 7 operating system). Slides should be provided on a USB memory stick, and uploaded to the presentation PC well in advance of the session start. If you plan to show videos, please use standard video formats and codecs only: WMV is preferred for embedding in Powerpoint, and Quicktime and AVI movies with standard codecs will be playable from the standalone QT / Windows Media players. If it is not feasable to use the presentation PC available on site, presenters can bring their own laptop (with VGA connector) as a fallback.

Poster Presentations:

Posters should be printed in DIN-A0 landscape format for best results. Authors are free to create their own poster design, there are no particular style requirements.

There will be a Poster Fast-Forward session on October 5th, with 60 seconds time per paper to spark attention and introduce the core ideas of your work. Please provide teaser slides until September 26th by email. Since all slides will be consolidated into a single presentation, we kindly ask you to use the Powerpoint template below:

In the dedicated poster session on October 6th, presenters will have full 2 hours of time to present and discuss their work in detail and person. Posters should be mounted to the assigned poster walls by the morning of October 6th, before the program starts. Fixation material will be provided on site.
